Helicopters Duo X,The Fastest in the World

The name they both use the letter X. Which one is Sikorksky X2, the other named Eurocopter X3.
Both helicopters are capable of flying faster than ordinary helicopters.

Using the body Eurocopter Dauphin, X3 has several modifications from its predecessor's.
As quoted from the site Physorg, X3 adds an extra engine that is used to drive two extra propellers located in the short wing on either side of its body.
While only using one extra machine, but the aircraft is still at the stage of the experiment was able to run faster than a regular helicopter.

When the helicopters normally used to fly between 240-260 miles per hour (kph), X3 is capable of flying as fast as 430 kph with the stable. This speed puts the X3 to be one of the world's fastest helicopter.
This helicopter is projected to be used for purposes of search and rescue mission search and rescue, coast guard duties, border patrol missions, offshore operations, up to intercity transportation.
As for military purposes, these helicopters can be used for special forces operations, rescue, transporting troops, as well as medical evacuation.

But the X3 is still losing speed by Sikorsky X2 helicopter, which is currently still in the pilot phase. At the trial of 15 September 2010, Sikorsky X2 successfully drove at speeds of up to 460 kph in stable flight.

In fact, this helicopter can travel at 480 kph with the flight angle decreased slightly.
Unlike the X3 Eurocopter, Sikorsky X2 coaxial rotor using blades with a double and reinforced with extra propeller at its tail.
This helicopter uses a variety of new technologies, including systems Fly-by-Wire system that allows the engine to operate efficiently.
With the speed achieved during trials, X2 has scored an unofficial record as the world's fastest helicopter.

New Breakthrough Quantum Teleportation

TOKYO (AFP) .- The researchers have achieved a breakthrough in communication and quantum computing using a teleporter machine. This breakthrough is the teleportation for the first time by sending a set of quantum information from one point to another. The findings open the way for thetransmission speed and high accuracy from a large collection of information, such as quantum encryption key through a quantum communication network. The research is published in the April issue of the journal "Science".

Teleportation is the transfer of quantum information from one location to anotherusing a communication "classic" normal, teleportation is one of the fundamentalquantum communication techniques.

Professor Elanor Huntington, of the School of Engineering and Information Technology on the campus of UNSW Canberra, Australian Defence Academy(ADFA), is part of a team led by researchers at Tokyo University. He said theachievements of this team is a step to build a super-powerful quantumcomputers and transmitting quantum information.

"If we can do this, we can do almost all forms of communication required for each quantum technology," Huntington said as reported by Physorg.com, Friday (15 / 4).

The experiments were performed on a machine known as a "teleporter" in the laboratory of Professor Akira Furusawa at the Department of Applied Physics,University of Tokyo

Robot Soccer World Cup (RoboCup 2011) Held

Soccer world cup does not belong only to humans, the robot also has a similar event. Titled RoboCup 2011, the best footballer robots from various countries gathered in Istanbul, Turkey, to begin the kick-off.

In contrast to previous years, after 14 years of rolling, which was held this year's RoboCup is designed to prepare a more sophisticated robot footballer. Even those prepared to defeat the human footballer in 2050.

Reported by the BBC and quoted on Tuesday (12/07/2011), this competition aims to mobilize innovation in the manufacture of robots. In a football game, the robots are trained to handle various problems.

Not only the basics such as vision problems or vision, these robots must also be able to work together as a team. All robots that play should be automatic, although the machine can deliver information wirelessly.

RoboCup robotic quality has always been progressing and the number of participants who followed him. In 2010, about 500 teams from 40 countries including Iran, Taiwan and Chile took part in this event.

Cryonic, Resurrecting Corpse

Cryonic is a technique of freezing the body so that cells are not damaged, so it could be resurrected someday. The inventor is Robert Ettinger, who recently passed away and became the 106 patients that utilize this technology.

The body of Robert who died at age 92 on Saturday (23/07/2011) processed immediately after being declared dead a few minutes, with a given layer of ice. Furthermore, the tissue is filled with a certain compound and then frozen with liquid nitrogen.

After that, the bodies of Robert put in a special box called a cryostat for keeping it under freezing. In such conditions, it is expected the cells are not damaged so that if the technology is allowing the body can be resurrected again.

Robert Ettinger is the American scientist who is also a veteran of World War II found the body of this freezing technology. In 1976, he established a foundation named Cronic Instistute. Of the original members can be counted on the fingers, in 2000 has reached 900 people.

Not all members want to preserve the corpse itself if later died, some just want to preserve the DNA (deoxyribo nucleic acid) or a specific organ. In fact there who just want to preserve their pets, especially dogs and cats.

Until now, cryonic freeze Instutite already recorded 64 dead pets, including dogs, cats, birds and hamsters. As for human remains, Robert Ettinger is a patient to a frozen-106 with the discovery techniques.

The first corpse is frozen with this technique is the mother of Robert Ettinger, Ettinger Rhea who died in 1977. The bodies of the two is his own wife Elaine, while his second wife Mae Ettinger became the 34th patient whose body was frozen with cryonic.

Besides cryonic Institute, scientists who lived in Detroit also set up an organization that is Immortalist Society to scientists who study cryonic and other techniques to lengthen the life after death.

Robert himself before he died has been advised that there was no funeral for her because it sure will one day live again.

"Robert was very inspiring cryonic movement. Thousands of people around the world to look and certainly saddened to hear of his death, but hopefully someday he'll be back again," said David, the son of Robert, as quoted from Detnews.

Cryonic technique is by way of blood circulation and breathing are artificially restored and a series of drugs given to protect the brain from oxygen deprivation.Rapid cooling also begins, which further protects the brain. The goal is to maintain the brain remains alive as long as possible in the procedure.
